General Terms And Conditions

These general Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) shall apply to all aspects of use of the website www.globalseedbox.com (the “website”), the SOWING and HARVESTING services operated by GSB By using the service you are bound by these General Terms & Conditions together with any other terms and conditions that may be applicable for a specific type of service we make available, rules, any terms and conditions and/or rules applicable to the bonus, rewards, special offers or any other promotions that may be made available on the website. The Terms Of Use contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Participants and the Admin and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings. GSB does not warrant the constant availability and functionality of all or any service offered by GSB. GSB may not be held liable and will be held harmless by the Participants for any damages, losses, costs, loss of profits or any other disadvantage a Participant may incur in connection with any disconnection from or the non-availability of any of the services offered by GSB for whatever reason. GSB cannot be held liable in any case for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by the service or by its contents or by the contents provided by a third party. Any exception to the existing Terms of Use will be communicated in written form to the Participants through your dashboard. GSB services is available in your local currency and Bitcoin The Admin would always make every reasonable attempt of contacting the Participants before using/requesting such service (reasonable is defined as three attempted contact attempts by telephone, e-mail or text message).

Amendments To The Terms Of Use

The Terms of Use can be changed at any time by GSB at its own discretion. All changes will become effective on their publication on our website. If you consider any amendment carried out to be intolerable, you may cease using the service. The continued use of the Service after the date when the Terms of Use are meant to come into effect will correspond to a complete acceptance of the revision performed, whether or not the changes have been acknowledged.

Managing An Account

Each Participant who wants to have access to services by GSB must open an Account. By opening a GSB account and by sowing a seed, the User warrants that he/she has reached the minimum legal age for participation. In addition, by opening a GSB account and by sowing a seed, the User confirms that he or she retains the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with the Platform. If one of these conditions is not respected, the User’s account will be closed and all other necessary measures will be implemented. If a Customer does not access his Account by “logging in” using his Account name and security details for any period of 15-30 days, his account shall be deemed to be “Inactive”. By accessing and/or using this website, using any or all the provided facilities Users are entering into a binding agreement with the service that they will honour any/all pledge(s) they make and hereby agree that their accounts should be blocked in the events that they fail to honor their pledge when participating in any of the Programme. Participants hereby agree that should their accounts be blocked while participating in a GSB programme because of defaults in honouring their pledge by making payment to their assigned participant, that they agree that upon the reopening of their account(s), that they will repledge at least double (x2) of their previous pledge before they can have access to any fund they may be having on the system. GSB reserves the right to limit or to refuse seeds.

Legal Use Of The Website And Of Its Components

If GSB reasonably believes, at its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms of Use, including any of sowing or harvesting rules and terms and conditions applicable to any specific functionality, bonus or promotion, or there has been unusual activity on your dashboard, or for any legal reasons, GSB may:
(i) suspend your Account for up to 48 hrs; and/or
(ii) restrict you from withdrawing funds from your Account and/or making deposits; and/or
(iii) prevent you from accessing your Account; and/or
(iv) terminate your Account.
GSB may require you to provide any additional information that is necessary to conduct an investigation and/or verify your compliance with these Terms of Use(including your statement of account from your bank) GSB may notify you of the Account suspension using the email address registered under the Account or via online pop-up notice when logging into your Account/dashboard, provided such notification will at no time be a precondition for any suspension or termination of the Account as the case may be. GSB will address the issue that has given rise to the Account suspension as soon as may be reasonably practicable and the Account and/or any specific suspended functionality will either be re-activated or terminated.

Bonuses / Promotions & Rewards

We may make available on the website the bonus offers, promotions or reward programs. You can find more information on the website, in your dashboard or our help pages. Your eligibility for the offer or promotion and/or participation in the rewards program will be subject to the terms and conditions for the respective bonus offer, promotion or rewards program available on the website at all times. By using this platform, participants agree that they are to make a testimonial video themselves talking about how GSB services have been good to them and how their services must have changed their lives for the better and they will post the video on their social media accounts. Participants agree that if they refuse to make a testimonial video after harvesting from the system, that GSB services reserves the right to take whatever action it deems fit against such participants including suspending their accounts from being assigned to receive.

Complaints And Suggestions

If you wish to make a complaint or a suggestion regarding the Platform, the Website or the services offered, as a first step you should contact our Customer Services or send us an email through info@globalseedbox.com. As the second step, the complaint shall be assigned to an advisor that will provide you with the appropriate response. Save as provided further under clause ‘3, should the complaint not be resolved as expected by you, a response shall be provided to you through an email by the Customer Service Advisor who will report the final decision to you. All claims and suggestions should be forwarded to the Customer Service in written form via mail or e-mail. No complaints with regard to the acceptance, settlement or resettlement of a seed will be heard by us if they are not raised through our Customer Services within 15 days from the event occurrence which the seed occurred. Offensive or rude language, as well as malicious or damaging comments, will not be tolerated while contacting our staff or while discussing our products and services in any media, social network or forum. Any infringement of this policy will result in a suspension of the Account or in every additional action as may be required in order to ensure compliance.

We believe in Responsible Sowing and take our responsibility in this matter seriously. Sowing should be an exciting pastime, and we urge our Participants to have fun, but not sow beyond their means. We undertake any effort in order to ensure your pleasant online sowing experience while sowing in GSB, keeping full awareness of the financial harms associated with problem sowing. With regard to the purposes pointed out herewith, we do strongly suggest our Participants to try keeping clearly separate seed from his/her daily activities; try establishing affordable deposit limits; try considering the lasting time of each sowing session before its commencing; not to understand sowing as an alternative source of income or a way to recoup debit.

Palpable Errors

Some circumstances may arise where a seed is confirmed, or a payment is performed, by us in error. The following is a non-exhaustive list of such circumstances: Whenever a seed has been erroneously accepted on the platform which shouldn't have been. Any other situation that may be referred to as an error. In all these cases GSB reserves the right to cancel all the seeds accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made by re-settling all the seeds at the correct prices/spreads/terms that should have been available at the time that the seed was placed in the absence of the error. The participant has an obligation to inform GSB as soon as possible of any amount wrongly credited on his/her account. GSB may at any time set off any positive balance resulting from the erroneous operation, as well as cancel possible seeds or transactions made with the erroneously credited funds. GSB further has the right to suspend and/or close the Account who is found to have abused the error or malfunction and have any deposits forfeited. GSB can deduct the overpaid amount from the balance available in the dashboard through the next deposit.

Termination

GSB shall have the right prior to accepting any bet, temporarily to suspend or permanently to terminate, the provision of betting services to a Participant without providing any reason.
